The staff was VERY helpful and responsive. They stored luggage before our room was ready, AMAZING! The room was beautiful. I really appreciated the awesome decor.

the location is convenient with many attractions nearby.
The breakfast service was subpar. I waited to be seated while the waitress cleaned tables. no one explained how breakfast worked for a first-time guest. my eggs royale arrived cold before my coffee arrived. It was disappointing, and i will not return.
